This is the best time tracker in Salesforce. Period! I search for a long time to find a time tracking app which worked with all record types. There are plenty of apps out there that work in Services Cloud (ie: Cases, etc), however, there are very few that have the flexibility that this one has. This app is very simple to install and use.
